tea amo meets LUMAFIN®: A story with heart
"The hearts on the label appear as if behind glass and look different every time thanks to the iridescent effect. This whets the appetite for our iced teas right on the label."
Golden drops with TRUSTSEAL® SFX
To mark its 100th anniversary, our Italian partner LUXORO was asked to assist olive oil producer Varvaglione with the label design for its special edition. The result is an impressive presentation of the golden drops that symbolize olive oil on the labels.

Do you have any questions?
Would you like to enhance your printed products or packaging with exceptional color intensity and a premium look? Here we answer the most important questions about the application, effect, and possibilities of hot stamping.
Hot stamping involves transferring a wafer-thin decorative layer onto the substrate—such as paper, cardboard, or label material—using heat and
pressure. A heated stamp activates the visually effective layer of the foil and bonds it permanently to the surface. This creates tactile relief structures, brilliant gloss and metallic effects, and diffractive elements.
Hot stamping achieves highly aesthetic results with intense gloss, metallic, hologram, or haptic effects. The process is suitable for a wide range of materials and is extremely fast, as no pre- or post-treatment is required. It impresses with its strong adhesion and high durability. In addition, hot stamping is energyefficient, solvent-free, and in many cases compatible with recycling.
If you want to achieve maximum visual and tactile impact, hot stamping is ideal, as it is the only finishing method that creates genuine relief and 3D effects.
Hot stamping is an extremely versatile process for finishing greeting cards, magazines, calendars, packaging, labels, and all kinds of high-quality printed products. This makes it suitable for almost all industries, including cosmetics, beverages, luxury goods, food, and non-food items. Precise coordination of temperature, pressure, and contact time with the respective substrate is crucial—from paper and cardboard to special label materials.
Hot stamping enables a wide range of visual and tactile effects: from high-gloss metallic looks to matte, satin, or brushed surfaces to holographic diffractive light effects. KURZ offers various product lines for this purpose, such as LUXOR® (gold), ALUFIN® (silver), COLORIT® (matte), and LIGHT LINE® (diffractive). With the help of special embossing dies, genuine relief structures and 3D effects can also be created—for designs that shine visibly and impress tangibly at the same time.
